Over the last couple of months members have been building a giant fish from willow and tissue paper. This fish will be filled with all the plastic waste that has been accumulated at BYP over the last few months. There are uncovered sections on the side which will display all the plastic. The structure has been designed to be hung from the ceiling to promote thought and discussion about the planet’s delicate marine environment. It has been highlighted that we all need to do more to educate the young (and old) to respect our surroundings whether it’s the sea or the rivers that flow into it.
